Besides our bread that is made daily, we try to make many of the products we use in-house. Like the cream cheese, yogurt and the mayonnaise for example, trying to use a little processed foods as possible.
Our juices are made daily and most of them have no sugar added. We try to use as many locally sources products as we can, like eggs meats, and milk. We know our producers by name.
